What are your processing and shipping guidelines?

Business days are Monday-Friday. All orders placed after 5:00PM CST are subject to next business day processing. Please allow up to 4 business days for processing. We guarantee you everything is fresh and made to order.  We try our best to get all orders shipped in a timely manner. For shipping, please allow an additional 1-3 business days for shipping via USPS. Take in mind, we do not ship on the weekends or holidays. All orders are shipped out on Wednesdays and Fridays. We ship USPS Priority Mail. It includes USPS Tracking and up to $50 of insurance (restrictions apply). 

Can I place a special order?

Any special orders contact us via email. 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Returns and exchanges cannot be authorized on perishable food items. If you are not happy with the product or have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us with your questions and we’ll be glad to assist you.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

Keek's Sweet Treats is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once order is fulfilled, check email for tracking information. Your package will be sent to the exact address that you entered, so please be careful. Once the package is scanned, the package is now in USPS hands. Unfortunately, we cannot control what happens to your package. We can only see the same information you can while tracking, You will need to contact USPS directly with your tacking information and they can better assist you. We ship USPS Priority Mail. It includes USPS Tracking and up to $50 of insurance (restrictions apply).
